1. Return Window

• We accept returns if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

• Security tags or stickers must not be tampered with or removed. If a tag is missing or shows signs of tampering, the return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

• Returns must be sent with tracking details provided to us. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Inspection & Refund Process

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the above conditions.

• If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to reflect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Any item that has been worn, damaged, or returned without security tags/stickers.
